Villa Rates for Twin Share  (inc GST)

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Peak: $220.00 per night

Peak Period: 1st October to 31st March, School and Public Holidays, Easter and Special Events.

Off Peak: $200.00 per night

Off Peak: All other times not included in Peak times.

Additional persons charged at $25.00 per person per night

One (1) Night Stay Surcharge $50.00

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Waterside villas are a Smoke Free Zone; there are no designated smoking areas within the villas.

Minimum Nights Stay

• Public Holidays - Minimum 2 nights stay
• Easter Period - Minimum 4 nights stay
• Christmas/New Year Period - Minimum 5 nights stay

Deposits & Rates

• At least a one nights deposit to confirm booking
• Full tariff must be paid a minimum of 3 days prior to arrival.
• Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit
• All credit card transactions are subject to a Merchant Fee of 1.2%
• Cheques & Money Orders are not accepted
• Tariffs are non refundable if you choose to cut your stay short

Check-in & Check-out

• Reception hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
• Guests arriving outside of these times will receive emailed written instructions on access to a lock box storage unit which will have the Villa keys and various other information covering your stay
• Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or by 10am the following day will forfeit all monies paid
• Check-in time is from 2pm
• Check-out time is by 10am, late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge of $40.00 subject to availability
• Villa units are serviced on departure only or every seven days for guests staying for longer periods

Pets/Dogs

• Pets are not permitted

Behaviour

We reserve the right to eject guests from the Villas who are deemed by management to be:

• Behaving in a socially unacceptable way;
• Causing damage;
• Disturbing other guests;
• Using unacceptable language or
• Otherwise breaking Villa or Marina guidelines.
• No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

• not be the person named on the booking
• not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card
• not be able to pay for any charges
• may cause damage to the property of the Villas or other guests
• may exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour
• be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age unless prior arrangments have been made with Villa Managment

Cancellation Policy

• 14 days to 30 days $50.00 admin fee will be charged.
• 3 days to 13 days 1 nights fee will be charged.

• Full payment is required 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival.  No shows will be charged full amount of booking using credit card supplied.
